Once paired, your interactions will remain accessible to your partner until you either unpair or delete your account.

Soy & Mochi is designed to help couples interact and build their relationship. Any content shared between partners (such as responses, photos, or messages) is stored securely and not shared publicly. You are responsible for the content you provide. We do not use this content for research or advertising purposes.

8. Account Management and Deletion

When registering for an account or subscribing to a premium tier, we collect your email address, password, and relevant subscription details. This information allows us to maintain your account, facilitate login, and restore your data in case of device changes or reinstalls.

You may create an account using email/password, or sign in via Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing hello@lovelane.co. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data unless we are required to retain it by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data. This includes hashing passwords before storage and monitoring systems for vulnerabilities.

Despite our efforts, no security system is impenetrable. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials secure.
