Shipping policy

General shipping information

Your order will be delivered with DHL GoGreen climate neutral as a package within 3-5 days in Germany. We also deliver to Austria, Switzerland and EU-wide. You can track your order at any time conveniently online to the front door.

Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed via our website. If a package cannot be delivered, the customer must pay for the proper return and original shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for orders that are deemed delivered or for which unsuccessful delivery attempts have been made.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email, which also contains your tracking number. With this you can track your package at any time. If you have any further questions about your order, please contact our customer service.

Shipping costs & Delivery time

  • The shipping costs for our insured shipping vary depending on which country we deliver to. You can find a list of our delivery areas and shipping costs in the following table or before your final order in the check-out.

Duties and taxes

International orders (deliveries outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country. These potential additional charges are not covered or refunded by LoveLane. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Procedures for returns

Orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned in a timely manner and in accordance with the return policy below.

All you need to report your return by mail to our customer support is the order number (you will find this in your order and shipping confirmation) and the reason for the return.

Return Policy

Returned items must be in original condition: Boxes and items must be complete & intact, products must be new. Items that are damaged, soiled or proven to have been used will not be refunded. We ask that you use your original packaging for returns whenever possible.

Once the return has reached us, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 7 business days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. International customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded (applies to shipments outside the EU).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order. In the rare case that your item is defective, please contact our customer service team at for a suitable solution.

Please note that we cannot offer free returns. You will be responsible for the cost of returns.
